Terms and Conditions of Private Transfer London
Purchase of services
By placing an order, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts by these Terms and Conditions. Private Transfer London is part of S9 Chauffeurs Ltd.
S9 Chauffeurs is a private hire operator under TFL. All bookings are carried in London licensed Private Hire Vehicle driven by London licensed driver. We only accept booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel directly from our clients and passengers. Our chauffeurs are not licensed to accept a booking request. The contract for all bookings is between the client (i.e: the company or person booking and paying for the transport service) and S9 Chauffeurs Ltd. S9 Chauffeurs is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services.
S9 Chauffeurs only accept payments directly. Our chauffeurs never collect fares. All fares are agreed in advance.
Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to S9 Chauffeurs.
S9 Chauffeurs reserve the right to cancel any booking with a passenger. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations
For all bookings (excluding Rolls Royce and all day hire bookings), cancellation must be made and acknowledged by S9 Chauffeurs at least 24 hours from the start of the period hire, the customer will not incur cancellation fees.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours from the start of period of hire, £50 will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 12 hours from the start of period of hire, 100% cancellation fees will be charged.
Parking, extras and other laws
Your booking may be subject to an additional waiting time and car park charges.
If there are any stops on the way, an additional £10 charge will be applied.
Our chauffeur will use the best route for your journey based on their experience and knowledge of local conditions. We are happy to cater an alternative route upon request, however should this result in extra miles, an extra charge may be levied.
We reserve the right to refuse to drop off or wait in undesignated areas where a fine could be charged. In some circumstances, if a chauffeur has to wait or drop off in undesignated areas specified by the customer then the hirer of the vehicle will be completely responsible for any parking fines incurred.
All of our chauffeurs will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Waiting time
Airport pick up includes 30 minutes complimentary waiting time and all other quotes include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
After the complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes, a charge of £30 will be applied.
Smoking
S9 chauffeurs maintains a non-smoking policy and smoking is restricted in vehicles at all times.
Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and / or exterior of the vehicle on hire to them.
In the event of sickness in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and time lost for the car to resell will be a minimum of £200.
Invoices and payments
Private Transfer London will invoice you weekly and you can make payments weekly unless otherwise agreed.
